Final Project

 In my groups final project- Climate Change. The goal is to make an informative presentation that will convince a major who is uneducated about the importance of saving the planet. He does not understand the difference between climate and weather. This is such an interesting topic to have our final over. I can feel myself becoming very heated and into this assignment. I am passionate in the health of our planet and how we can contribute to benefit Mother Earth. 

We needed to narrow down our topic and make it easily understandable due to our audience we are presenting this information to. I could feel ourselves getting very deep and into the conversation where we had to say "hey.. we need to dumb this down a little so our target audience will better grasp all the information". This was probably the most tricky part. I am a visual learner so presentations are my thing, but I like them with few words and more pictures. In order to do this, I need to study and go over my "script" numerous times to excel at this final project. 

I do not want to give everything away in this blog post because I plan on posting parts of our finished powerpoint, but my group decided to focus on the ice caps melting in the Artic. I think this topic can connect to so many important other parts of global warming, for example, hurricanes. Like I said, it's easy to get ahead of yourself and over do it if you are passionate about something but we are doing a great job working together and reminding ourselves of our guidelines.
